MY ORDER
How do I place my order?
Simply choose a product from our store, click the “Add to Cart” button, and follow the easy checkout steps. You'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. We’ll prepare your order and notify you with tracking information as soon as it ships!
How do I check my order status?
You can track your order anytime by entering your information in the Order Status link at the top of our website or by clicking Track An Order at the bottom of the page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we start processing your order right away, changes or cancellations are not possible once it's submitted. However, you may return most items within 30 days. For details, please review our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy located in the website footer.
I placed my order but have not received a confirmation email.
First, check your spam folder or any alternate email accounts. Still can't find it? No worries — contact us and one of our customer service team members will assist you!

We don’t do cheap or “use-it-once” junk. Every product is made with high-quality, durable materials built to last and look great. Absolutely! Each product page includes sizing charts or product specs to help you select the best fit or option. Still unsure? Reach out — we’re always happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as PayPal.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.
How secure is my personal information?
We take your privacy seriously. Infinite Avenue Designs uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your credit card information is securely transmitted, never stored, and used only to process your transaction.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
When will I receive my package?
Every Infinite Avenue Designs item is custom-made just for you. Production time is typically 2–10 business days prior to shipping.
Please Note: Some of our most popular items may occasionally take longer than estimated. You can track your order status at any time using the links at the top and bottom of our site.
US Shipping Time Estimates: 3–7 days
International Shipping Time Estimates: 5–20 days
For some international locations, delivery may take 2–5 weeks depending on customs and carrier delays.
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
To ensure delivery before Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering before our posted cutoff date. After this date, holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Can I track my package?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the expected time, contact us at 434-872-3882 or email info@InfiniteAvenueDesigns.com. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
I never received my package — what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, please contact us through the Contact Us page and we’ll assist you right away.
How much is shipping?
Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I ordered the wrong size or color — what can I do?
For changes within 24 hours of ordering, see the My Order section above.
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot exchange items that are considered hygienic. However, your satisfaction is our priority — contact customer service and we’ll do our best to help.
I’m not satisfied with the quality — what should I do?
If you’re not in love with your product, we’ll take care of it! We thoroughly inspect all products and will reprint any flawed items at no charge. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We apologize for the mix-up and will gladly send a free replacement. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
